Manual No Tracking Mode

• Operates as a traditional telephone handset.

Manual Dialing  

• Interviewer manually dials and disposes all sample numbers.
• Number of rings and busy signals, controlled by system project defaults.

Proactive (CATI) Dialing 

• System stream dialing under control of CATI sample manager.
• Automatically disposes of no-answers, busies and non-working numbers.
• Job defined disposition of Number Change SITs.
• Delivers only connects to interviews.

Pacing

• Same as Proactive, but dialing sequence onset is system controlled based on wait-time parameters

researchPredictive

• Incorporates all the features of Pacing, but system will initiate multiple calls relative to interviewers in wait queue. The number of dialing is based on joint probabilities of a connect. Should there be insufficient number of interviewers performance will be identical to Pacing.
• Job/Site defined abandonment rates.
