The Remote Monitoring module allows for secure, passcode protected dial-in access for clients or project managers.  The module requires from 1 to 4 analog lines to be installed and connected into PRO- T-S® .  Calling one of the designated remote monitoring telephone numbers, PRO- T-S® answers and pre-recorded voice prompts guide you through the process of initiating a remote monitoring session.  

• System level passcode
• Individual study passcode
• Interviewer’s extension.

 After entering the system passcode, you are able to navigate through available studies and interviewers without needing to dial in again.  You are able to switch to different interviewers within a study or change to another study and set of interviewers.
