Marketing Systems Group is pleased to announce plans to introduce a hosted dialer solution. This solution dramatically reduces the up-front investment typically found with the traditional on-premise solution. The low cost of entry, low technical requirements and flexibility will make it an ideal solution for even the smallest of call centers to realize increased productivity gains provided by today’s computerized dialing systems. A key feature is flexibility both in the ability to quickly add stations at a site, but also in the support of at-home interviewers. Interviewers will be able to be connected via VoIP or through land-line dial-back from the dialer. Quality control is maintained with traditional silent monitoring but can be enhanced with MSG’s popular Digital Sound Management (DSM) and DSMplus - the audio playback and interviewer scoring QC solution built JUST for survey research.

The cost for using the hosted dialer will be based on a one-time set-up charge, a monthly cost per seat and a per-minute charge that will include the cost of long distance. Low cost of entry and flexibility will make it the ideal solution for many shops. As usage and staffing increases, a traditional onsite PRO-T-S system can be quickly and transparently installed for additional savings.
